Ingredients
– 2 * 350 g natural unsweetened peanut butter (room temperature)
– 4 ripe bananas
– 4 tbsp cocoa powder (according to your taste)
– 2 tsp cinnamon powder
– 2 tsp cardamom powder
– 1 tsp curcumin powder
Add your favourite species (according to your taste).
Instructions
In a large bowl, mash bananas. When they are completely mashed, add peanut butter, stir until smooth. Add cacao powder and spicies. Keep blending until fully smooth. Transfer the mix to a springform pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Let the cake cool at room temperature before slicing. The cake is especially good when stored a bit in the fridge.
