Wonderful eyes caressing agar jelly cakes are small doses of happiness

Serving size: approximately 5 cakes (depends on the chosen moulds)

Ingredients

  • 900 ml almond milk 
  • 3,5 spoonful agar powder (according to your taste (softer or harder texture))*
  • orange peel powder (according to availibility and your taste)
  • mandarin oil (according to availibility and your taste)
  • ½ tsp of ground cinnamon (according to availibility and your taste)
  • ½ tsp of ground cardamom (according to availibility and your taste)
  • ½ tsp of ground clove (according to availibility and your taste)
  • vanilla powder (according to availibility and your taste)
  • date sugar (according to availibility and your taste)
  • strawberries (according to availibility and your taste)
  • rasperries (according to availibility and your taste)

* For softer texture it is recommended to take 2-2,5 spoonful of agar agar powder to 1 liter of liquid. 


Instructions

Put the almond milk into a pot, bring to a boil.

Add orange peel powder, mandarin oil, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, vanilla powder, 

date sugar and strawberries.

Now add agar powder, and mix well.

Bring the mixture to boil over high heat. Continue to boil for 2 minutes.

Divide the mixture between the prepared molds and let them cool before placing

them in the refrigerator to chill.

Serve with rasperries (according to your taste).
